P+Rs are parking spaces located on the outskirts of the city, where one can conveniently switch to public transport. You will then arrive at the Dam within half an hour. Parking at a P+R costs € 6.00 a day. This includes free use of public transport.

The reduced P+R parking fee is applicable at the ArenA only when no match or concert is being held. Furthermore, it is solely applicable to motorists who travel from there to the city centre by public transport. click here to read the full length text of the regulations applicable.

The traffic signs on the A2 and A1 motorways indicate whether the ‘P+R’ beneath the ArenA is open. That being the case, then signs alongside these motorways will provide directions to P+R. You can also check the ArenA website whether an event is being held. This helps to avoid disappointment.

If the P+R in the ArenA is not accessible, then you may drive to one of the other Amsterdam P+Rs.

2,400 spaces, round the clock surveillance, lavatories,
public transport. Wheelchair accessible. The max.
headroom is 2.50 metres (Level 1). Please note:
the headroom in Level 0 is only 2.25 metres.

P+R fee:

€ 6.00 per 24 hours, provided you proceed to the
city using public transport.
